Hello all, I am a 20-something gal born and raised below the Mason-Dixon Line. 😉 My husband and I have two beautiful daughters, ages seven and nine. Our family enjoys gardening, camping, horseback riding, and creating.
Crafts, animals, books, writing, science, and forensics are a few of my passions.
I love to create all kinds of things, from poetry to art to practical items. My husband is also an artist, but in a different way; he works with metal in a blacksmithing shop. He can make anything out of metal! Although this is a trade I plan to learn one day, my art is mostly comprised of sketches, drawings, paintings, 3-D designs, and a number of other mediums. Our children must have inherited this trait from us, since both of them are artistically inclined as well.
Besides my love of art, forensic science and the law also intrigue me. I have obtained an Associate’s of Applied Science in Criminal Investigations from Everest College. Although I loved learning about the things I studied I feel more content to write and create than become a member of law enforcement right now…but it would be cool to be a police officer or animal control officer. I am not sure if I will ever be completely sure of what I want to be when I grow up!
I hope you enjoy looking through my blog! Be inspired!
