Can Morality Be Taught?

Ehh…I don’t think so.

I think we can choose to be moral people. We can even taught the concept of morality…but no one can actually teach us to become moral and ethical.

Here is an interesting view of this topic: Can Morality be Taught? | Socyberty.

Morality is not something that can be clearly defined and set in stone. Each person has their own set of morals. Interpretations of ethical behavior can vary greatly from person to person.

I think this is why we have laws and government. Laws are there to keep the morally loose people in line or behind bars. Hahah.

What do you think? Can morality be taught, or is it a personal choice that must be made?
