An original poem about insomnia, restlessness, and the desire for sleep. I wrote this when I was in tenth grade during English class…it was not an assignment, I was just bored. I used to spend so much of my time writing poems in that class! Some of them were a bit dark…I am still trying to decide if I should share some of those darker poems. They are very good examples of verse, but they are also a part of my more sensitive past. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this poem, as it is one of my earlier works!
