Romance Changes Over Time
My idea of romance has changed considerably over the years.

Pink Rose
Romance changes after you have kids. So much, in fact, that I can’t remember what I used to consider romance. Lol.
I find romance in the simplest gestures. A special gleam in my husband’s eye, a smile and a laugh, a phone call, a hug and a kiss after a long day at work, saying “I love you” to each other, holding hands, giving (and receiving!) back massages, and other things.
I think it is romantic that my husband thinks of me while he’s at work. He sends sweet messages to me and sometimes brings me flowers for no reason at all. Romance doesn’t have to be something different, mind-blowing, or amazing. I find romance in the simplest gestures we encounter in every day life.
